How to make Eileen's fantastic New Zealand Vanilla chocolate cookies.

Ingredients

- 60 g Butter
- 1/3 c Sugar
- 3/4 c Sugar
- 1/2 t Baking Powder
- 1/2 Egg
- 1/4 t Vanilla essence
- * Decorations * - White chocolate chips.
Dark chocolate chips.
100's and 1000's.
Chopped chocolate flakes.
chocolate powder. (One table spoon)


Equipment

- Metal bowl
- Measuring cup
- Knife (Not too sharp)
- Wooden spoon (to mix)
- Measuring spoons
- Oven gloves
- Plastic cup
- Baking paper
- oven tray



Procedure

1. Turn the oven to 180'c.
2. Chop the butter into small pieces.
3. Mix butter and sugar together in the metal bowl. (If butter is too hard, put the bowl in the hot water.)
*warning - butter should not be melted, it should be just soft - white color*
4. Put flour, baking powder and chocolate powder at the plastic cup together.
5. Gently mix the 1/2 of egg and pour it to the metal bowl.
6. Put everything together in the metal bowl.
7. Add vanilla essence in the bowl.
8. Stir it with using your muscle.
9. Make the dough a ball and cut it into 8 pieces.
10. Knead it in circle and press it softly.
11. Decorate it whatever you want.
12. Put your dough on the baking papered- oven tray
13. Bake it for 12 minutes
14. Enjoy your cookies~
